Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Clarification Text

In accordance with KVKK, Saray Logistics, as the data controller, may process your personal data within the scope of the purposes described below and in accordance with the law.

Your collected personal data are processed for the purposes of customizing the logistics, transportation, storage, and other services offered by our company according to your preferences and needs; managing processes with our business partners; fulfilling our legal obligations and determining our company's commercial strategies.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are collected through contact forms on our website, job application forms, or directly through our contractual relations in physical or electronic environments, and are processed within the scope of performance of our legal obligations and our legitimate interests.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

As a personal data subject, pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately, to know the third parties to whom they are transferred locally or abroad, and to request correction if incomplete or incorrect.
