Clarification Text on Personal Data Protection (KVKK)

As Saray Logistics, we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. Within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, we would like to inform you as the data controller.

1. Acquisition and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data obtained from our customers, job candidates, and business partners (name, surname, contact information, etc.) are processed for the execution of our logistics operations, evaluation of job applications, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

2. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations and our business partners in accordance with KVKK standards for legal requirements and execution of operational processes.

3. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, and to request its correction or deletion. You can submit your requests in writing to info@saraylojistik.com.
